Mrs. Goff has managed hundreds of due diligence Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for all types of real property, servicing dozens of diverse funding institutions, and real estate investors in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Mrs. Goff specializes in connecting communities with Brownfield funding to redevelop environmentally inhibited real estate assets. Since first joining BJAAM, Mrs. Goff has brought millions in Brownfield funding to communities, jump starting economic development in blighted areas. She is an experienced and successful grant proposal writer and funding administrator for state and federally funded environmental assessment, remediation, and redevelopment projects.
