All staff members are directly educated and trained on industry standards and technical issues by key employees (senior level) from the time of employment. Senior level employees monitor the progress and abilities of each respective staff member. In-house training sessions are also conducted periodically so that information can be shared between both the senior and junior level staff. Company evaluations are administered from time to time, and tasks are assigned accordingly.
Senior level employees attend yearly training programs, new technology courses, and/or workshops (e.g., WHI, Princeton Groundwater, NGWA, etc.). Monthly meetings are administered between company senior level employees where information is distributed and discussed. Senior level employees host weekly meetings with respective groups (understudies) to present, discuss, and utilize new information. This processing of disseminating information, allows BJAAM to keep up to date on industry innovations, advances in technology and regulatory changes.
